Jane Chen is a Chinese model and Instagram influencer based in South Korea. On May 13, she shared her story of meeting the BLACKPINK star with her followers online.

She said that she met Lisa on an eight-hour fitting, not specifying what it was for. She wasn’t initially aware that she would be collaborating with Lisa for the shoot despite being given hints.
Today I worked with Lisa for eight hours. My company notified me of customer fitting. It was on short notice so it was a bit of a rush. Suddenly getting this job, and it is for an artist, the requirements were similar height and also slim as me. I thought for a very long time who it was but had no idea.
It turned out that Lisa was the star she was working with that day. Jane couldn’t help but express her joy online, saying she “wanted to cry” as she was getting ready beside her.
Once I reached the set they told me it was Lisa and I wanted to cry!! Lisa sat next to me eating while her makeup was being done. I couldn’t even breath. She tried on five outfits and started the shoot. I didn’t even dare to breath next to her. When the job was done I even got to play with a dog (I don’t know whose dog).

Though she couldn’t share a photo with Lisa, she was able to post a picture of the dressing room where she met her. The table in front was filled with various accessories and clothing that the K-Pop star likely used. Jane hyped up fans even more by saying that Lisa “looks so amazing” in the photoshoot.
Everything was kept confidential so I didn’t get an autograph or signature or photo of her, but I just want to keep a memory of working with an international pop star…how am I worth!?? Please look forward to the finished products. She looks SO AMAZING.
